How to Apply

Apply Now

We are looking for a versatile and energetic UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is for a true generalist who thrives on variety—someone who can move fluidly between early-stage conceptualization and pixel-perfect execution.

If you are a strategic thinker who loves juggling different problem spaces and wants to grow your influence beyond just "design deliverables," this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Design: Manage the full design lifecycle. You will take concepts from rough wireframes and user flows all the way to high-fidelity, polished screens using Figma.

Master the Pivot: Thrive in a multi-project environment. You will be expected to context-switch smoothly—optimizing a mobile feature one hour and designing a complex web dashboard the next—without sacrificing quality or focus.

Solve the "Why": Apply deep design thinking to every request. You won't just beautify screens; you will dig into user needs and business challenges to ensure we are solving the right problems.

Collaborate & Communicate: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders. You must be able to articulate the rationale behind your design decisions and advocate for the user experience.

Design for Implementation: Create designs that are feasible and robust. While you don’t need to code, you must understand responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and developer constraints to ensure smooth handoffs.

Who You Are

A Visual Craftsman: You have strong fundamentals in typography, color theory, and layout. Your portfolio demonstrates an eye for clean, modern interfaces.

A System Thinker: Experience working with or building design systems is a major plus. You understand how to maintain consistency across a product suite.

Energized by Variety: You don't want to work on the exact same screen for six months. You enjoy the challenge of working across different products and platforms simultaneously.

More Than a Pixel Pusher: You are eager to wear multiple hats. Whether it’s stepping in to help with project coordination, contributing to high-level product strategy, or taking full ownership of an initiative from concept to launch, you want to expand your skillset.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma.
  • Solid understanding of responsive web and mobile app design principles.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
