Join Metly as our first founding engineer and help shape the future of intelligent insights for pharma companies. We're a pre-seed startup that has successfully closed our funding round and is now ready to scale. You'll be building cutting-edge AI solutions with significant ownership over our technical direction and product development as we enter our next growth phase.

What you'll do: Work across our full tech stack (TypeScript/React/Python) to build and scale our platform from the ground up. You'll architect data infrastructure, develop AI/LLM integrations and agentic workflows, and create intuitive user experiences. As an early team member, you'll wear many hats - from hands-on coding to collaborating directly with pharma clients to understand their needs and translate them into product features. You'll work closely with our CTO (I'm the one writing this post :) ) to make foundational technical decisions that will define our platform for years to come. What we're looking for: 3-5 years of engineering experience (more or less for the right candidates). Proficiency in our core technologies, experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure is a plus, and familiarity with AI/ML systems.

Most importantly, we want someone excited about building with ownership who can adapt quickly and communicate effectively with both technical teams and clients.
