Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience guiding digital/web projects from concept to completion, while building warm, supportive relationships with clients. You understand how to communicate with clarity, set expectations, handle feedback constructively and ensure every client feels heard and supported throughout the lifecycle of their project. We work across Shopify, WordPress/Elementor, Webflow, Ghost and Framer — so while you don’t need to be a developer or designer, a strong understanding of how websites are planned, built and launched is key. You must have experience working with creatives and technical teams, and be confident translating between client needs and internal execution. Experience Requirements: 3+ years of Account Management experience at a creative, digital or tech-driven company Proven ability to manage multiple digital/web projects simultaneously Strong communication and relationship-building skills Solid understanding of modern website workflows, platforms and terminology Experience working with designers, developers and external stakeholders Excellent organisational and time-management abilities Ability to run client meetings, gather requirements and write clear briefs Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, etc.) Understanding of basic web concepts: domains, hosting, CMS platforms, timelines Bonus if you've worked with Shopify, WordPress/Elementor, Webflow, Ghost or Framer Bonus for basic experience with Figma and content planning Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Manage timelines, communication and deliverables Coordinate internal and external resources Develop detailed project scopes and briefs Track progress and maintain smooth workflows Assist with content planning and client asset gathering Ensure client expectations are aligned and outcomes are exceptional Identify opportunities to improve client experience and process efficiency Embrace challenges and bring a positive outlook to the team
