The Head of Operations and Delivery is responsible for running the operational engine of the business. This role ensures the company executes predictably by translating strategy and sales into disciplined delivery, healthy portfolios, satisfied clients, and strong financial outcomes.

The role acts as the integrator across Sales, Delivery, Engineering, People Ops, and Finance, ensuring alignment, accountability, and early intervention where risk emerges. This role will be reporting to the CEO of Codehesion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior operations, delivery, or integrator-style role within a professional services, consulting, or technology business.
• Strong understanding of project-based and retainer-based delivery models, including resourcing, utilisation, and margin management.
• Demonstrated ability to run operating rhythms, leadership forums, and portfolio reviews with discipline and credibility.
• Commercially strong, with hands-on experience owning or deeply influencing P&L performance.
• Ability to work confidently with senior clients, handle escalations, and restore trust when delivery is under pressure.
• Strong leadership capability with a track record of holding leaders accountable while developing them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to create clarity in complex environments.
• Comfortable making hard calls, forcing decisions, and addressing recurring issues directly. -High attention to detail combined with the ability to see system-wide patterns and risks.
