The Junior Data Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring daily and monthly data imports, responding to operational support tickets and assisting in the resolution of data pipeline issues across Insight’s data platforms. This is an entry-level role designed to support the smooth and reliable flow of data used by our clients and internal teams.

Working Arrangement In-office: Monday to Thursday (Johannesburg) Weekend / After-hours availability may be required during peak processing periods (typically at the start of the month) Support rotation for critical pipelines

Experience: No prior work experience required Education: Diploma or Degree preferred (not required)
