InfoDocs is looking for a Product Manager to translate our product vision into clear roadmaps and to lead the teams that build and maintain our platform, working closely with Product Owners to ensure our products are reliable, valuable, and loved by business owners across Africa 🌍

What you’ll be doing

• Product strategy & roadmap: Turn company goals into quarterly product roadmaps, balancing customer impact, technical debt and delivery speed.
• Team leadership: Manage and coach Product Owners across multiple cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, analytics).
• Delivery & quality: Ensure features are shipped on time, meet design standards and maintain platform reliability.
• Collaboration: Align with Revenue & Growth, Customer Ops and Business Ops to resolve issues and keep the platform running smoothly.
• Accountability: Track KPIs across teams, lead regular reviews and hold teams accountable for outcomes.

What you bring

• 3+ years in product management or leading cross-functional SaaS teams.
• Experience turning strategy into clear product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for people in product, design and engineering.
• Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile practices and the build-measure-learn cycle.
