Senior / Head Full Stack Developer (MERN)

Lead the technical direction of the platform, own architecture decisions, and mentor a junior/intermediate developer while shipping features fast.

Junior / Intermediate Full Stack Developer (MERN)

Support platform development, execute tasks quickly, and grow under the guidance of the senior developer.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Developer

Own full-stack development using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js

Design and maintain scalable APIs and systems

Lead releases and production deployments

Mentor and review junior/intermediate developer work

Use AI tools to accelerate development and problem-solving

Work directly with the founder on feature planning and execution

Junior / Intermediate Developer

Build frontend and backend features in the MERN stack

Implement tasks under senior developer guidance

Fix bugs, improve UI/UX, and assist with testing

Use AI tools to improve development speed and learning

Experience & Skills (Important)

Expected Level (Guideline Only)

Senior Developer:

Can independently design, build, and ship a full-stack application

Comfortable making architectural decisions and mentoring others

Junior / Intermediate Developer:

Can build working features and follow good development practices

Learns fast, takes feedback well, and executes reliably

Titles and years of experience are less important than passing the test and delivering results.

Nice to Have (Both Roles)

Fintech, trading, or marketplace experience

Real-time systems (WebSockets)

Payments, wallets, or transactional platforms

Basic DevOps knowledge
