Glint is a solar financing provider (in the start-up phase) empowering installers to make solar power more accessible and reliable through partnerships and technology.

We are a fully remote team, with the software team based in Cape Town and the finance team based in Johannesburg.

We are looking for someone who is interested in solar, has good back-end software engineering experience, cares about code quality, maintainability, and is inquisitive about the space. When everyone's genuinely curious about solar (not just doing a job), that's where the most interesting ideas emerge.

Ideally Cape Town-based for weekly in-person meetups, but we're flexible for the right person.
