We’re looking for a self-driven PHP/Laravel Developer to join our fast-paced product team. You’ll be building and maintaining web applications with a focus on performance, usability, and clean, maintainable code. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their Laravel/PHP abilities and enjoys taking initiative. You’ll often be expected to work independently or with minimal guidance, so creativity, problem-solving, and resourcefulness are essential.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing • Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs • Working with relational databases and writing efficient SQL queries • Using Git for version control and collaborating through branches, pull requests, and code reviews • Creating and improving internal tools and user-facing features • Working independently to deliver small projects or features end-to-end • Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance • Writing clean, well-structured, object-oriented code using Laravel

✅ What We’re Looking For • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles • Proficiency in relational database design (MySQL preferred) • Comfortable using Git in a team environment • Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision • A natural problem-solver who can think through edge cases and tradeoffs • Strong attention to detail, and a desire to ship high-quality work • A team player with good communication skills

💡 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with Docker for local development • Experience deploying apps on Ubuntu/Linux servers • Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (React, NextJs, etc.)
