We're looking for an Account Manager to join the Propaganda Media team.

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience. You'll build strong relationships, keep clients happy, reduce churn, and make sure every campaign runs as smoothly as possible. You'll work closely with our Campaign Strategists and Clip Review Analysts while helping recruit creators into campaigns and keeping communication flowing across the team.

What you'll do:

• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

• Keep clients engaged and minimize churn

• Coordinate with Campaign Strategists and Clip Review Analysts

• Help ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish

• Recruit and onboard creators into campaigns

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and the internal team

Requirements:

• Client Success experience is required

• Between 18 and 25 years old

• Basic understanding of social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

• Strong communication and people skills

• Excellent work ethic and willingness to put in the hours

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Leadership or people management experience is a plus

Training:

While client success experience is essential, we'll teach you everything you need to know about our campaigns, systems, and processes.
