Job Description:

We are hiring 20 experienced Technical Consultants specializing in .NET or Pega to join a leading consulting firm based in New Zealand. Successful candidates will:

  • Be employed by the consulting firm.
  • Work with major banking and financial services clients across New Zealand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical consulting, system design, development, and deployment.
  • Build and integrate enterprise-grade solutions using .NET or Pega platforms.
  • Implement DevOps practices including automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Mentor client engineering teams and uplift technical capabilities.
  • Conduct technology research, propose solutions, and guide best practices.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable systems.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in either .NET development or Pega architecture.
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is essential.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Previous experience working with banking/financial services clients is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in consulting/client-facing roles.
