Junior / Mid-Level Developers Wanted

Hybrid — Pretoria / Johannesburg 2 positions available

We are looking for two junior to mid-level developers to join our growing team.

We work on multiple active business systems, client portals, APIs, reporting tools, and data-heavy applications. The role suits someone who enjoys solving real business problems, working with data, and building practical software that clients actually use.

This is not a role for someone who only wants isolated tickets with no context. You should be comfortable taking ownership of work, asking questions, speaking to clients when needed, and helping drive a project forward.

You do not need to know everything already. We are a small team, we learn as we go, and we support each other, but we do need people who are curious, reliable, and willing to figure things out.

What we are looking for: Comfortable working in a small team across multiple projects. Analytical mindset and good attention to detail. Comfortable with data-heavy systems, reporting, APIs, or business workflows. Able to work fairly independently without needing constant follow-up. Willing to communicate with clients, clarify requirements, and take ownership. Not afraid to ask questions, challenge assumptions, or suggest better ways of doing things. Good self-management and follow-through.

Experience we are looking for:

Python, FastAPI Angular, TypeScript SQL / PostgreSQL REST APIs Git JWT Excel/CSV/data imports and exports Reporting, dashboards, charts, or analytics Basic Linux, Docker, or deployment experience CI/CD pipelines Google Cloud Platform / GCloud experience

You do not need to tick every box, but you should be willing to work across frontend, backend, databases, deployment pipelines, and client-specific business logic.

The role is hybrid in the Pretoria / Johannesburg area. There is potential for the role to become fully remote over time, depending on performance, trust, and project requirements.
