Duties & Responsibilities:

Agile KANBAN Methodology: Participate in daily stand-ups, Continuous Prioritisation, and retrospectives to ensure development tickets are completed on schedule and meet performance standards. Back-End Cloud Development: Build and maintain robust Cloud-Native and server-side services that encode nuanced business logic. Code Quality & Reviews: Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are adhered to. Provide feedback, mentorship and guidance to less experienced developers. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Owner, Commercial Leads, product support managers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions. DevOps: Set up and manage cloud infrastructure ensuring continuous integration (CI) and deployment pipelines are effective. Front-End Development: Develop responsive and performant front-end interfaces that are cross-browser and mobile-compatible. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies, continuously improving development processes, and suggesting new ideas for features and services. Security & Performance: Ensure all websites and web applications are secure, scalable, optimised for performance and adhere to best practices. Third-Party Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations with third-party services and platforms, such as payment gateways, Telematics APIs, ERP solutions and integration platforms. Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks, proactively ensuring smooth functionality. What We're Looking For:

Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field (preferred but not required). Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer with demonstrable experience in front-end and back-end technologies. Flexibility: Willing and able to offer after-hours support as part of an on-call team. Languages: Proficiency in English. Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics and transport operations is a plus. Bonus if you have an interest and/or a passion for the logistics and transportation industry. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
