Key responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

Build and ship new features on top of our existing platform

Improve core systems to increase performance, reduce complexity, and enable faster development

Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions

Collaborate with Product and Design to scope work and define pragmatic solutions

Provide input on planning, trade-offs, and timelines

Maintain code quality through thoughtful reviews and shared ownership
