We’re looking for a tech-savvy problem-solver with strong IT support fundamentals and a desire to grow into broader systems work. You’ll start by helping keep our users and infrastructure running smoothly — and if you’re curious and hands-on, you’ll get involved in audio-visual control systems, signal routing, automation platforms, and infrastructure projects.

This is the ideal role for someone who wants to go beyond tickets and troubleshoot deeper systems — and learn a lot doing it.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure laptops/desktops; install standard apps and join to Active Directory
• Support users with email setup, Wi-Fi, printers, VPN (ZeroTier), and general IT onboarding
• Provide remote and on-site support using RMM tools
• Install and manage desk phones; provision users and routes in FreePBX VoIP system
• Assist with core infrastructure and network setups
• Support the deployment of audio-visual control interfaces, media systems, and automated environments

✅ What You Bring

• Strong grasp of Windows 10/11, system settings, and support workflows
• Basic knowledge of IP networks, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Familiarity with VoIP (especially FreePBX or similar)
• Comfortable working with Active Directory
• Proactive, good communicator, and comfortable supporting users at all levels
• Interest in tech that blends IT and AV — like media control interfaces, signal routing platforms, or building automation
• Bonus if you’ve tinkered with Linux, Home Assistant, MQTT, or AV networking tools
